National Home Infusion Association
NHIA is a trade association that represents and advances the interests of organizations and individuals that provide infusion and specialized pharmacy products and services to the entire spectrum of home-based patients.
NHIA will enhance the business success of its members through the continued and focused development of a broad range of business tools and resources. It will continue to vigorously represent and position its members within the industry, and will maintain a strong focus towards creating a more favorable external environment that ensures appropriate differentiation of and reimbursement for infusion products and services. NHIA will continuously and proactively assess and appraise organizational needs and industry trends in order to anticipate and address emerging forces affecting its membership. NHIA will effectively communicate and interact with allies, adversaries, members, potential members, and other entities that may influence the infusion services industry.
NHIA will recruit and maintain a growing base of support, producing an enhanced economic presence and strengthened financial resources that increase its effectiveness and value for its members. NHIA will attract and retain the best and brightest members of the community to its leadership ranks, and will foster a positive work environment for staff and volunteers. NHIA will continue to maintain a strong and mutually beneficial relationship with its partner and founding organization, the National Community Pharmacists Association.
